• You have 7 calendar days to return & exchange an item from the date the order is delivered.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• The All tags and labels should be intact.
• A reverse shipment fee upto Rs.100 charged per item and will be deduct from the refund amount.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase i.e invoice, or delivery note.
• COD charges are non-refundable (If applicable).
• Any quality or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• If you refuse to accept the shipped exchange product, ₹200 will be deducted during refund.
• An exchange can be requested only once for each order. Multiple exchanges for the same order are not allowed.
• DRIPPZ reserves the right to refuse to return a product if it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
