Products purchased during sale, clearance or special promotional offers (including free gifts) are not eligible for return or exchange.
All sale purchases are final.

All product photos displayed on our website are edited for clarity. Actual colours may slightly vary due to lighting, screens and post-production enhancements.
RETURNS
- All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Made-to-order items are non-returnable and final sale.
- Returned products must be Unworn, unused, unwashed and original condition With brand tag + plastic seal intact.
- If the brand tag or plastic seal is removed, the return will be rejected.
- Reverse pickup availability depends on area pin code serviceability.
- Any quality or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- COD charges are non-refundable (If applicable).
- A ₹100 logistics fee will be deducted during refund processing.
- Returns are not applicable for international orders.
All packaging materials (boxes, sleeves, gift wraps, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Raise a request through our return portal: https://drippz.in/apps/yanet-return and Upload a clear photo/video showing the product with brand tag + plastic seal.
- Once approved, our team will schedule a pickup within 4–5 working days.
- After we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds usually reflect in 3–5 business days to the original payment mode.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
- Product must be in the same condition as delivered.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- For COD Orders Add your Bank Account Details or UPI ID in the “Other” section of the return form.
- The Bank/UPI account name must match the customer’s name on the order.
- If the names do not match, DRIPPZ will not be responsible for refund failures.

CANCELLATIONS
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- If you refuse to accept delivery, it will be treated as a return and refunded as per our policy.
- Orders before shipping can be cancelled via My Account or customer support.
- Pre-orders: Cancellable within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation is not possible.
EXCHANGES
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- An exchange can be requested only once for each order. Multiple exchanges for the same order are not allowed.
- Products must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
- Exchange will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed.
- Reverse pickup is attempted twice; after that, customer must self-ship.
- Reverse pickup depends on area serviceability.
- Quality or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours.
- If you refuse to accept the shipped exchange product, ₹200 will be deducted during refund.
- No returns/exchanges for international orders.
- If the exchanged item value is lower, no partial refund will be provided.
